Swedish ICT company Flexenclosure chosen as 2015 Red Herring Europe Winner
Flexenclosure, a Sweden-based designer and manufacturer of prefabricated data centre buildings and intelligent power management systems for the ICT industry, has been selected as a winner of the Red Herring Top 100 Europe award, a prestigious list honouring the year’s most promising private technology ventures from the European business region.
The Red Herring Top 100 Europe award recognises Europe’s most innovative technology companies, selected from a pool of hundreds from across Europe. Global technology and innovation media company Red Herring evaluated nominees on both quantitative and qualitative criteria such as financial performance, technological innovation, disruptive impact, management quality and overall business strategy.
Flexenclosure was selected for its ground-breaking and advanced telecom infrastructure solutions eCentre, a custom-designed, prefabricated data centre building that is fast to deploy, energy efficient and easy to expand; and eSite, a hybrid power system for off-grid and bad-grid cell sites delivering 100 per cent network uptime and diesel-related cost savings of up to 90 per cent.
